Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method, but most orders arrive within standard shipping times, about 5–10 business days after shipping.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

United States only

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delays & Carrier Issues

Mackenzie’s Mindful Moments is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Postal or carrier issues
Weather conditions
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
