All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and small-business operations, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or items no longer needed.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to correct the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Sale or promotional items (unless otherwise stated)

Processing Time

Approved replacements or store credits will be processed within 5-7 business days after your claim is approved.
